Warm Greetings,
It’s hard for us to believe that we are already fully immersed in summer’s bounty when it feel like just yesterday we were drooling over green tomatoes and unripe berries. It sure has been a great start to the season here at Hillview with prolific yields and tasty veggies! Each year I become more amazed at our farms potential to produce such an incredible bounty. Michael and I always joke that we don’t grow food, our soil does. It’s true, we put lots of love into our soil and in turn it provides us with delicious nutrient-dense produce for our community to enjoy. :)
We hope to see y’all at the farm stand tomorrow evening for a beautiful evening.
