Why hello!
Here we GROW, the 2015 farm stand season is officially underway! Thank you to everyone that came out last week to celebrate our farm stand season opener with us. It was a beautiful kick-off to what we believe is going to be an incredible farm stand season.
New this season we will now be offering organic spice blends/gourmet salts made locally right here in Auburn by our friend Ryan of "The Spice Farm." When it comes to spices Ryan does it all and he takes pride in using the freshest best tasting ingredients out there. Our veggies + his spices = a match made in heaven!! For more information about The Spice Farm visit www.thespicefarm.com or pick up a flyer at our farm stand.
We are also excited to be working with two of our favorite farmers Patrick and Diane Bollinger of Foothill Roots farm in Medow Vista, CA to add some more farm fresh goodness to our farm stand. Patrick and Diane do farming the right way, with a lot of hard work and a smile on their faces. We are so lucky to work with such great people/farmers. This week they provided us with beautiful root crops that are the perfect addition to a late spring/early summer salad!
Stay tuned to check out what produce we will have available at the farm stand tomorrow and Wednesday evening. Each week we will try our hardest to update you all on what is in season at our farm and how everything is growing.
With kind regards,
Your Farmers
Shanon and Michael
