Spring is in the air at Hillview Farms!

Hello friends of the farm!

We hope you are enjoying all this springtime magic as much as we are! Your farmers have been extra busy planning out a year of delicious seasonal crops and we are so excited that peak season is just around the corner. 2015 is going to be one for the books!!!

What's new on the farm you ask? Well...

First things first, we are beyond thrilled to announce that we now have a permanent spot at the Saturday Old Town Auburn (OTA) farmers market! This market holds a special spot in our hearts because it is such an important community event within this little town that we love so much and we are lucky we get to be a part of it. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces at the OTA market on Saturdays from here on out!

Secondly, because we did get into the Saturday OTA market, we will no longer be hosting our farm stand on Saturday mornings. Fear not! The farm stand will not be going away! It will just switch to a Tuesday and Wednesday evening farm stand (from around 4:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m.) *subject to change. Sounds pretty awesome right? Picture a relaxing warm summer night with the sun going down hanging out with some crazy farmers and some delicious veggies. Pure bliss!

Third, we are working hard to plan our first annual spring plant sale and fun on the farm day and hope you all can attend this fun and informative event. Be sure to check your inboxes in the next couple of weeks for more information about this event.

Last but not least, we are officially CCOF/USDA certified organic!!!! WHOOP WHOOP! It was not an easy task, but after piles of paperwork and a very long waiting game we can finally hang our CCOF certified organic sign proudly over our produce.

All of these big changes would not be possible without the ongoing support of our community and for that we thank you for believing in us. We look forward to growing for you all in the 2015 season.
